ZPL ^PW Print Width Command

^PW defines the printable width in dots. If it does not match your physical label and DPI, the right side of the label can be clipped.

Width examples

A 4 inch wide label is about 812 dots at 203 DPI and 1200 dots at 300 DPI. Reusing ^PW812 on a 300 DPI layout is a common migration bug.
