Label size and conversion guide
4 × 6 in is 101.6 × 152.4 mm, not 100 × 150 mm. At 8 dpmm these are 813 × 1219 and 800 × 1200 dots; at 12 dpmm, 1219 × 1829 and 1200 × 1800 dots. Choose the actual media and printer density.
Crop coordinates refer to the original page. The crop is rotated, fitted to the selected label, then thresholded. The output is a compressed bitmap (^GFA Z64), not editable text. Start with a single page and inspect the result before processing the rest.
PDFs stay in your browser; rendered page images are uploaded for conversion. A batch has at most 50 pages. Cancel preserves completed pages; retry only failed or cancelled pages. Changing the file or settings clears the old results. A partial download contains only successful pages.

Convert shipping PDFs to ZPL at the right size
Select the current page, all pages or a page range. Start with the two-page sample. For multiple documents, open the experimental mode below; the total selection is limited to 50 pages across 5 PDFs.
Use 100 × 150 mm for metric stock or 4 × 6 in (101.6 × 152.4 mm) for inch stock. At 203 DPI, 4 × 6 in is about 812 × 1218 dots; at 300 DPI it is 1200 × 1800 dots. Select the actual printer density before converting.
Preview every selected page and compare the crop and blank margins. The original PDF stays in the browser; only rasterized PNG pages go to the image conversion endpoint. Converted text and barcodes are pixels, so check small text and scan a physical print.
A failed page does not remove successful output. Retry the failed page, lower density or label dimensions if the raster exceeds the limit, and use Cancel to stop remaining pages. Exported ZPL is ordered by file and page.
