Label data and uploaded files
ZPLPreview tools may process text, ZPL commands, images, PDFs, or HTML snippets that you choose to submit for preview, conversion, OCR, validation, or troubleshooting. Use sample data whenever possible and remove live customer addresses, patient information, account numbers, credentials, and confidential production records before submitting examples.
Processing purpose
Submitted content is used to provide the requested tool result, such as a label preview image, converted ZPL, barcode output, OCR draft, approval report, or printer troubleshooting analysis. We do not sell label content or use uploaded label samples to build unrelated user profiles.
Third-party services
Some features may rely on hosting providers, analytics tools, rendering services, or model APIs to operate, measure reliability, monitor errors, or generate the output requested by the user. We keep third-party use focused on hosting, measurement, security, advertising, and specific tool functionality.
