Label data and uploaded files

Do not submit real customer, address or shipment data when a synthetic reproducer is sufficient. Shared links store base64 ZPL in the URL fragment; this is not encryption. Anyone with the link can read it. Analytics page addresses exclude query strings and fragments.

Processing purpose

ZPL preview and PDF exports send label source to Labelary through our backend. PDF/image conversion uploads files to this server. AI/OCR sends input to the configured AI provider. Lightweight parsing tools identify their browser-only operations.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on hosting providers, analytics tools, rendering services, or model APIs to operate, measure reliability, monitor errors, or generate the output requested by the user. We keep third-party use focused on hosting, measurement, security, advertising, and specific tool functionality.

Advertising and cookies

Advertising delivery is disabled during this quality release. The AdSense ownership verification record remains. A certified CMP and applicable consent checks are required before enabling Google advertising in relevant regions.

Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other websites. Users can manage ad personalization in Google Ads Settings and can learn more about Google's advertising technologies and privacy controls in Google's published policies.

Operational notifications may be sent to our internal DingTalk robot, but large ZPL samples are not included in those notifications.
