QA-процесс для Zebra ZPL этикеток

A browser-based workflow for teams that need to review Zebra labels before releasing ERP, WMS, shipping, warehouse, healthcare, or manufacturing templates.

Use this when a label is moving toward production

A label can look acceptable in an editor and still fail in a packing lane. This workflow keeps the exact ZPL, preview proof, field list, barcode risks, and approval notes together before the template reaches real printers.

Do not change a proven production URL or template blindly. Preview the exact source, inspect the risky fields, create a report, then print and scan one physical sample on the target printer.

A small label that still needs QA

Even a short shipping label has density, size, wrapping, barcode, and encoding assumptions. Use samples with realistic data, not only short demo values.

Before approving a label

  1. Confirm ^PW, ^LL, physical media, and printer DPI match the real printer lane.
  2. Scan every barcode or QR code with the production scanner and realistic data.
  3. Save the source ZPL, visual proof, printer model, media, darkness, speed, and owner approval together.
  4. Keep one physical printed sample for labels that affect shipping, inventory, healthcare, or manufacturing traceability.

Label QA workflow FAQ

No. It reduces avoidable mistakes before printing, but final approval should include the target printer, media, scanner, and real workflow.
Yes. It gives engineers, operations, QA, and vendors a shared record: exact ZPL, preview, fields, risks, and sign-off notes.
Use reports for production changes, carrier labels, regulated labels, customer-facing labels, and templates that are hard to roll back.
The tools are designed for browser-side review where possible. Avoid pasting secrets, and use masked sample data when sharing support examples.
