A label can look acceptable in an editor and still fail in a packing lane. This workflow keeps the exact ZPL, preview proof, field list, barcode risks, and approval notes together before the template reaches real printers.
Do not change a proven production URL or template blindly. Preview the exact source, inspect the risky fields, create a report, then print and scan one physical sample on the target printer.

- 確認 ^PW、^LL、物理耗材和列印机 DPI 与實際产线一致。
- 用生產掃描器和實際資料掃描所有條碼或QR。
- 把 ZPL 原始碼、视觉证明、列印机型號、耗材、深度、速度和负责人核准記錄在一起。
- 对影响出貨、庫存、醫療或製造追溯的標籤，保留一个實際列印样张。
