ZPL 条码宽度计算器
打印 Zebra 标签前估算条码是否放得下。选择码制、数据、^BY 宽度、DPI 和标签宽度,提前判断可扫性和静区风险。

203 DPIThe estimate is intentionally conservative. Real scan quality also depends on print darkness, speed, media, ribbon, scanner optics, and quiet zones.
宽度估算
可能超宽Likely too wide
- The estimate exceeds the comfortable label width. Reduce data length, lower ^BY, rotate the barcode, or choose a wider label.
- Suggested quiet-zone budget: at least 60 dots total for both sides.
Barcode width workflow
Match the target printer
Choose the DPI and physical label width used in production so dots match the real output.
Test realistic data
Use the longest tracking number, GS1 payload, SKU, or serial value expected in production, not only a short sample.
Preview and scan
Copy the sample ZPL into the viewer, confirm placement, then print and scan on real media before rollout.
Barcode width FAQ
It is an estimate built for production planning. Exact width can vary by barcode command options, human-readable text, check digits, printer firmware, and encoded data mode.
^BY sets the default module width used by many ZPL barcode commands. Larger values are easier to print and scan, but they consume more label width.
Scanners need blank space on both sides of many barcodes. A barcode that visually fits can still fail if text, borders, or graphics crowd the quiet zones.
The first version estimates Code 128, GS1-128, Code 39, EAN-13, and UPC-A, which cover many shipping, warehouse, product, and retail labels.
